TERMS AND CONDITIONS

These Terms of Use govern your use of Platina Watch & Co website (“Platform”). In these Terms of Use, we use the term Platina Watch & Co (and “we”, “us” and “our”) to refer to the company of Platina Watch & Co and its affiliates.

Please read these Terms of Use carefully before using the Platform. By using the Platform, you signify your assent and agreement to these Terms of Use. If you do not agree to these Terms of Use, then you are not authorised to continue use of the Platform.

We try to accurately display the product images you see on the Platform. However, we cannot guarantee that the colours you see on your monitor will be accurate. All pictures on the platform can not be guaranteed reproduce the product’s exact appearance. Platina Watch & Co reserves for any typos on the platform, such as errors in product description or technical specifications, incorrect prices and price adjustments (such as changes in prices or currency fluctuations) or inaccurate information regarding whether an item is in stock. Platina Watch & Co have the right to correct any such errors and to change or update information at any time. If incorrect price has been entered for an item that you ordered will Platina Watch & Co contact you and wait for your approval of the corrected price before Platina Watch & Co proceed with the order.

PLATFORM CONTENT LICENSE

Platina Watch & Co and/or its licensors own all right, title and interest in and to the Platform, all text, graphics, photographs, logos, artwork, data, computer code and other materials contained or displayed on the platform. Your use of the platform does not grant you ownership of any content on the www.platinawatchandco.com Subject to these Terms and Conditions, Platina Watch & Co grants you a limited, revocable, non-sublicensable and non-transferable license to use the Platform and the materials contained thereon only for your personal, non-commercial use.

TERMS. In order to make a purchase via the www.platinawatchandco.com, you must accept the Terms. By accepting the terms you agree to follow the terms and conditions in its entirety, and agree that you have read the information. You accept the conditions of sale by clicking on the button marked “I accept the terms and conditions”.

SHIPPING INFORMATION. It is important that you check that your name, address, telephone and e-mail is correct, so that Platina Watch & Co can send the order. All orders are confirmed with an e-mail. Order Confirmation contains detailed information about the product / products and prices.

AGREEMENT. A purchase agreement is concluded only when Platina Watch & Co confirmed your order and you received the order confirmation from Platina Watch & Co by e-mail. Platina Watch & Co prompts you to save the order confirmation for any contacts with Platina Watch & Co customer service. You may cancel your order until it has been confirmed by Platina Watch & Co. If the order is revoked, then Platina Watch & Co will refund any payments that you or your debit or credit card companies have made regarding the order.

PAYMENT. You can pay in the manner specified on the platform. Platina Watch & Co have the right to charge you directly in connection with the purchase unless it’s with invoice payment or other similar payment method selected by you and approved by Platina Watch & Co. For invoice payment Platina Watch & Co or its cooperation partners come to do a credit check. You will in such cases be informed about it. Platina Watch & Co reserves the right to not offer all payment methods, or change the payment method if the one you have chosen for some reason is not working at the time of the purchase. Note that not all the payment options are available depending on which country you purchasing from.

DELIVERY. All orders placed on www.platinawatchandco.com will be delivered to the address specified in the order. The delivery will be done as soon as possible after the order is placed. Depending on the country of delivery, please allow up to 14 calendar days for delivery once you have placed your order. Please note that you might experience a delay on the delivery due to customs requirements on your home country. You will always get a notification that shows where the package are located for delivery or collecting point. Notification can be made via email, mail, and if you left the phone number, by text message. Please note that the products might be subject to local customs charges. If you do not collect the package Platina Watch & Co have the right to charge the customer for the administration, packaging and delivery costs. The cost will be deducted from the customer’s payment.

The above terms include products that are in stock, for products out of stock Platina Watch & Co will contact you by e-mail with further details of the delivery time before taking any further actions of your order. 

RETURN POLICY. When you make a purchase on the platform you can always change your mind within 14 days. This means that you have the right to cancel your purchase by notifying Platina Watch & Co within 14 days from the time you received the order. The return policy does not apply to used products.

We want you to be completely satisfied with your order. Subject to certain exceptions detailed below, if for any reason would like to return your product.

To return an item please send an email to info@platinawatchandco.com and highlighting the order you wish to return. A Customer Service representative will then contact you and assist you within the errand. The order must be returned within 14 days from the day you notified Platina Watch & Co about the return.

Please note: All products must be returned with the original receipt, in an unused state and in brand-new condition, with all original shipping and product packaging, protective materials, and tags in place.

Platina Watch & Co will not accept any return if the product shows signs of wear, or has been used or altered from its original condition in any way, or if the return period has passed.

REFUND. Platina Watch & Co will repay the amount within 30 days from the date Platina Watch & Co received your notice about the return. The refund is not paid until the item has been sent back. The repayment will be made to you through the payment option you chose, unless otherwise agreed or that there are other obstacles. Platina Watch & Co does not stand for the shipping cost of a return, unless the return is due to a complaint or an error made by Platina Watch & Co. Refunds and returns of products purchased on the website can’t be handled by Platina Watch & Co retailers.

RECLAIM. Guarantee of goods only covers original product defects, and not errors that occur during or after a change of the product, such as rebuilding, upgrading or adjusting the product. Your order confirmation is valid as a guarantee. The reclaim covers products that are incorrect according to applicable consumer protection legislation. Customers wishing to make a complaint regarding errors needs to contact Platina Watch & Co within 48 hours after receiving the product. Please send an email to info@platinawatchandco.com. Platina Watch & Co pays the return fee if the claim is approved.

When the reclaim is returned and approved, Platina Watch & Co will compensate you in accordance with applicable consumer protection legislation. Platina Watches strive for this to happen within 30 days from the day Platina Watches received the complaint, but it may take longer depending on which product it is. If we don’t have the product in stock at the complaint change, we will offer a different product or your money back. It is also possible to wait until the item is on stock again. Platina Watches reserves the right to deny a claim if it proves that the product is not incorrect under current consumer protection legislation. Regarding complaints Platina Watches follows guidelines from the Consumer Complaints Board.

CHANGE OF TERMS AND CONDITIONS. Platina Watch & Co reserves the right to make changes in these terms at any time. Any changes to these Terms will be posted on the platform. Changes apply from the time you accepted the terms and conditions (in connection with another purchase or visiting the platform), or 30 days after Platina Watches has informed you about the changes. Platina Watches recommend that you keep yourself updated on the platform periodically to be aware of any changes on the Terms.
