By owning a Platina Watch you benefit from a 5 year warranty period. The Platina Watch & Co International Limited Warranty covers any material and manufacturing defects for 5 years from the date of purchase.

By presenting the warranty certificate and the parts which are defective as a result of manufacturing defect, determined together with Platina Watch & Co will be repaired or replaced free of charge.
 

Only Platina Watch & Co and Authorized Platina Dealers are approved to make any service, repair or other intervention on the watch in accordance with Platina Watch & Co instructions.

The International Limited Warranty does not cover:
• Normal wear and tear (scratched bezel and/or case, alteration of the colour and/or material of straps etc.)
• Any defects and damages caused by improper, abusive use and negligence accidents (knocks, dents, crushing etc.)
• Replacements/ Services or Repairs which has been handled and completed by anyone else than Platina Watch & Co and/or by an Authorized Platina Retailer.
• Watches that have been lost or stolen
• Cleaning and routine maintenance

Platina Watch & Co only covers shipping costs that are arranged by Authorized Platina Dealers or through Platina Watch & Co themselves and only in the event of approved factory defect errands. If not, the customer is responsible for all shipping costs. If you have any damage or defect after the warranty period.
