You can make a return within 14 days after delivery. We offer a full refund - the product must be unworn with unbroken seal, in its original box together with the warranty booklet.

Timepieces:
The Platina Watch & Co International Limited Warranty covers any material and manufacturing defects for 5 years from the date of purchase. Your timepiece will be repaired or replaced free of charge.

Straps and jewellery:
If the products arrive with visible defects, please take photos of them and send them our way. We will reach back out to clear up all the details.
